  1. Voluntary Participation:
    My participation in this survey is entirely voluntary, and I confirm that the information I provide is accurate to the best of my knowledge.

  7. Confidential and Proprietary Information:
    I understand that I should not submit confidential structural information, proprietary process details, trade secrets, or other sensitive intellectual property through this survey. Where applicable, such information should be shared only through an appropriate confidential communication channel with Denisco.
  8. Right to Withdraw:
    I understand that I may request withdrawal of my survey submission before publication of any attributable information by contacting Denisco at the designated email address. Withdrawal requests may not apply to information that has already been incorporated into aggregated or anonymized research findings.
  9. No Financial Compensation:
    Participation in this research is voluntary and does not entitle me to any financial compensation. Any reports, resources, consultations, or other benefits offered to participants are subject to availability and Denisco’s discretion.
  10. Intellectual Property:
    The resulting reports, benchmark findings, research outputs, whitepapers, and related publications developed by Denisco from this study remain the intellectual property of Denisco, unless otherwise stated.
