The unit-1 manufacturing facility at Jeedimetla is approved by international quality management system ISO 9001:2015. It adheres to guidelines and requirements of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and provides the assured quality.

Our manufacturing process is well-monitored; it involves a committed, dedicated team which employs latest production techniques and meticulous planning and guarantees on-time delivery of products. Our team is presently involved in the manufacture of fine chemicals, important starting materials and advanced drug intermediates.

Unit-1 is located at Jeedimetla industrial area in Medak district, which is approximately 45 kilometers from Hyderabad airport. It is built on a total area of 0.5 acres. This facility has been inspected by ISO 9001 for its quality systems. It has a production block, which include kilo labs and other supporting departments, such as a ware house, engineering, quality assurance and quality control.

• Small volume high-value production facility with vessels – 100 litres-2000 litres
• Production block area – 532 sq.M
• Total built-up area of the plant – 1061.48 sq.M

Additionally, this unit comprises of 7 Stainless steel reactors, 3 glass lined reactors, and 3 glass reaction flask. These reactors are capable of handling broad spectrum of reactions (Total reaction volume is 13080L) and a wide range of process parameters.
